Who we are

This policy explains how Intivion Technologies FZCO (“Intivion”, “we”), registered at Dubai, UAE, collects and uses personal data through intivion.com and when you contact us. Intivion's AltimaCRM and the Intivion platform are our products.

What we collect

Details you give us: name, work email, company, phone number and your message when you book a demo, apply or contact us.
Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies only with your consent.
Customer data: data our customers process in the Intivion platform is handled under our customer agreements and data processing agreement, not this policy.

Why we use it

To reply to you and arrange demos (our legitimate interest, or steps before a contract).
To send news you asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To understand how the site is used and improve it (your consent for analytics cookies).
To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers who host the site, run our email and CRM, and measure site use, under contracts that protect your data: Vercel, Google Analytics, Zoho CRM. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. Where we transfer data from the EU or UK, we use standard contractual clauses or another approved safeguard.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 24 months from our last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email info@intivion.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
